It started with a simple observation.
Our story
After years inside the recruitment industry, one thing kept repeating: the problem was rarely a lack of talent. It was how talent got found, assessed, and represented — and how often genuinely good companies failed to tell their own story well.

So we built Referred to do both better — to treat hiring as a decision about the future of a business, and to help companies show up to the market the way they deserve to be seen. Recruitment is where we start. But the bigger idea has always been connection.
